Information on the services rendered by U-STAY Struisbaai

1. Laundry
   • L'Agulhas Laundrette will pick up and drop off linen at U-stay Struisbaai.
   • It average at about R 350 (4 sleeper) up to R 1000 (10 sleeper), depending on the weight of the linen.
   • The linen cost will be for the owners account. Should a guest require a linen change during their stay, this cost will be for the guests' account.
2. Cleaning
   • A cleaning fee of R350 – R750.00 is applicable for a booking done by U-stay and payable by the guests on departure
   • The first arrival clean is for the owners account.
   • Private cleans during rental period, can also be arranged – quotation to be provided by U-stay Struisbaai as per specifications/needs of the guests
3. Inventory checks + checking guests in and out for private bookings
   • During office hours (08:00 – 17:00) a fee of R250.00 - R 650.00 (depending on how big the cottage is) is charged per check in/inventory check.
   • An after hour call out fee of R150.00 will be charged per call out (After 17h00)
   • FOR BOOKINGS DONE BY U-STAY STRUISBAAI, there will be no charge.

4. Bookings done by U-STAY STRUISBAAI

   U-stay charges 20 % commission on rates per night, which includes:

   • Marketing on website as well as other platforms
   • Website design and hosting
   • Advertisements
   • Profile design on your cottage
   • Management on your cottage
   • Guest check in and out
   • Inventory checks after each stay
   • General maintenance reports to owner
   • General assistance for electrical/plumbing or other needs that might occur
